Kofta Mix from Maggi® is a balanced mix of spices to prepare a delicious homemade Kofta rich in proteins for your family without the addition of extra and salt

Preparation

• Add content of the pouch into ½ kg of minced meat and stir well until ingredients are mixed well and leave for 5 minutes in fridge.
• Shape into pieces as conventional.
• Grill in a pan with a little oil over medium heat or on a grill as desired.
