Product Information

A flavoursome medley of ginger, garlic and chinese spices, the MAGGI® Chinese Mix adds a delicious layer of flavour to make authentic Chinese dishes right and home. Perfect for: rice, noodles, chicken, meat, fish, and vegetables.

Preparation:
•Boil 400-g noodles until soft, drain and set aside.
•Heat 2 teaspoon vegetable oil, add 400-g sliced chicken breast. Slice 1 onion, 1 bell pepper, 2 carrots, 2 cups Mushrooms, 1 cup snow peas and add to pan.
• Add MAGGI® Chinese Mix, 1 cup water and 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
•Add noodles to the pan and mix with chicken and vegetables.
