    Preheat oven to 175°C and place rack to middle position.

    In a medium pot, heat the olive oil, add the minced beef, and cook till brown. Add the onions and garlic, then add the carrots and sauté for 3–4 minutes.

    Add crushed tomatoes, hot water, and MAGGI® Chicken Bouillon. Low salt, season with the spices, and allow to simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.

    Meanwhile, add milk and MaggI® Béchamel Mix to a large saucepan. Bring to a boil with constant stirring and simmer for 2–3 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.

    Add a few spoons of the bechamel sauce to the bottom of a baking dish, layer a row of lasagna sheets, and add 1/3 of the meat mix . Place another layer of lasagna sheets and repeat with the filling.

    Pour the remaining bechamel sauce over the lasagna sheets to cover the top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until golden on top.
