Pumpkin and Cream of Mushroom Soup

In a large saucepan, add pumpkin, onion and water. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 15 mins until tender.

Place pumpkin and stock in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth.
Step 3 of 4
Return pumpkin to the saucepan, add MAGGI®Cream of Mushroom Soup, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 mins.

Season with salt and pepper. Serve with toasted croutons.
