Add mayonnaise, 2 cloves of garlic, grated ginger and dried Basil to the mix.

Roast chicken in oven (200˚C) For 25 minutes.

To Prepare Alfredo Sauce:- - Sauté 1 clove of garlic and add the sauce resulting of roasting the chicken. - Add mushroom and cooking cream. - Boil for 15 minutes. - Put the sauce on chicken before serving.
