In a large frying pan, sauté vegetables in olive oil until soft, add tomato passata and MAGGI® Mediterranean Cooking Sauces and continue cooking over medium heat for 2 minutes.

Place fish over sauce, cover and simmer over medium to low heat for 10 minutes until fish is cooked.
Step3 of 3
Remove from heat and garnish with parsley and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice before serving with steamed rice or pita bread.
