In a large pot, sauté onions in oil until soft but not browned. Add lamb and cook for another 5 mins until lamb is golden.
Step 2 of 4
Add garlic, ginger, tomato paste, MAGGI® Powder Seasoning and water and cook for 30 mins.
Step 3 of 4
Add vegetables and cook for an additional 30 mins until lamb is tender and vegetables are soft.
Step 4 of 4
Stir in coriander and parsley leaves and serve with bread or rice.
