In a large frying pan, sauté onions and bell peppers in oil until seared, add MAGGI® Mexican Cooking Sauces, rice and water and cook for 15 minutes until most of the water is absorbed.

Add shrimp and stir together, cover and cook over low heat until shrimp is fully cooked, and rice is tender. Fluff rice with a fork and stir in coriander leaves.
Step3 of 3
Place tortilla on a clean work surface, sprinkle 2 tbsp of cheddar cheese in the center of each tortilla and place 5-6 tablespoons of the rice and shrimp mixture over the cheese, carefully fold tortilla and place on a serving baking tray with seam up. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes until cheese is melted and tortilla is toasted.
