Stir fry rice with oil.
In the same pot stir fry 1 onion and tomato (not fully cooked).
Add special kabsa spices.
Boil chicken drum sticks with 1 liter of water, 1 bay leave, 2 cardamom, ½ cinnamon stick, ½ teaspoon crushed black pepper .
Dissolve 2 cubes MAGGI® Chicken Bouillon in 1 liter boiled water.
Add Rice, Chicken drum sticks and boil Bouillon to the tomatoes and Onion.
Stir and leave till Cooked for 20 minutes.
Add almonds, raisins and parsley on top before serving.
Garnish - ½ Cup peeled, roasted almonds. - ½ Cup raisins. - 4 tablespoon chopped parsley.
