Grilled Chicken & Potato Soup

Cook the chicken breast on both sides in a deep pan until fully done and golden. Then remove and set aside.

In the same pan combine boiled potatoes, water and MAGGI® Cream of Chicken Soup, and stir until fully dissolved. Bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat for five mins until slightly thick. Optionally, use a hand blender to puree the soup for a smooth finish.
Step 3 of 3
Slice the chicken breast diagonally and place at the bottom of a serving bowl. Pour soup over, and optionally garnish with fresh dill before serving.
