Step1 of 3
In a deep pan, sear chicken thighs in vegetable oil until golden. Push aside, add onion and bell pepper, and cook until vegetables are tender.

Add garlic and MAGGI® Mediterranean Cooking Sauces and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add rosemary and water, stir together, cover and simmer over medium low heat and cook for 20 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
Step3 of 3
Transfer to a serving dish and serve along with cooked pasta or white rice.
