Prepare filling by sautéing Onions and Carrots in a deep pan with sunflower oil until soft, add Cabbage, Mushrooms, Spring Onion and MAGGI Samosa Seasoning and MAGGI Soy Sauce and cook for another 5-10 min. Remove from heat and optionally mix in Coriander Leaves

Place a Spring-roll sheet on a clean flat worksurface and place 2-1/2 tbs (40-g) of the filling on one end and fold into Spring-rolls. Repeat with remaining filling and pastry.
Step3 of 3
Fry Spring-rolls in hot oil until golden, or alternatively brush with oil and bake in oven for a healthier alternative.
