    In a large pan, sauté the onions with vegetable oil till golden, add potatoes, eggplants until light golden brown. Keep aside.

    In the same pan, sauté the garlic with tomato paste. Add vinegar, MAGGI® Chicken Bouillon, spices and water. Bring to boil.
