Guacamole

Guacamole that stays green

To keep guacamole green once it's prepared simply top it with a thin layer of lemon or lime juice then cover it with plastic wrap so that the wrap touches the surface. When you're ready to serve remove the plastic wrap and stir in the lemon juice.
Chicken Wings

Wings for a crowd

When you're making chicken wings for a big group, it's best to cook the full quanity all together in the oven or the air fryer with a simple sauce. When you serve it, add a variety of dips for your guests to customize with! Plan ahead, don't get overwhelmed

When you've set the day's menu, take a moment to plan ahead all your serving and tableware. Lay out all the plates, platters and bowls on the table that you will use for serving and place small pieces of paper on each to mark what dish they are meant for. This way, when it's time to serve, you already know where everything goes and even a helping hand with you won't get confused!
Shrimp Masala

Shrimps the cool & easy way

Although they aren't a common snack food, shrimps are a great way to surprise guests with delicious protein. This simple serving style turns them into a teriffic finger food. Cook fresh shrimps with Maggi's Masala Cooking paste for a guaranteed taste, then serve them on a platter garnished with lemon wedges, sliced green onions and fresh coriander. Stick a mini wooden skewer into the top layer of shrimps and place a small cup of additional skewers on the table. Guests can pick up one shrimp at a time with the skewers, drizzle them in lemon juice or top them in a variety of dips; we personally love them with sour cream!
Burger Sliders

Skip the burgers, serve some sliders!

While mini burgers are a casual hosting favorite, they require more active prep time than our personal favorite, pulled beef sliders. All it takes is a good cut of meat coated in our flavorful spice Maggi's Roast Beef mix. Cook it in the oven- no fuss, no mess, and more time for you to focus on other things while it cooks! Once the beef is cooked, shred it and serve it in your favorite buns topped with cheese, pickles and BBQ sauce.
Quesadilla

Cheese Tortillas are the new loaded Nachos

Loaded nachos topped with cheese, chili, or even just sour cream and salsa are bound to get soggy while they sit. The better way to go is crispy cheesy tortilla melts! Mix your favorite cheeses - we like parmesan, mozzarella and cheddar - spread them on one side of the tortilla, top the other side with Maggi's Coriander & Garlic Cooking Paste for an easy flavor boost, fold in half and cook until the cheese is melted. If you like them spicy, add some jalapeno slices. If you like them crispy, sprinkle a thin layer of cheese over one side at the end of the cooking time! Serve them with the sour cream and your favorite salsa or pico de gallo on the side so guests can add them as they like. Even if your guests prefer them without toppings, you've guaranteed they'll enjoy the taste and the crispiness no matter how long they stay out.
Salad Compliment

Compliment the mains with a combo of salads dips and drinks

Rather than overwhelm yourself with a long list of main dishes, focus on 2-3 "big ticket" foods and fill the rest of the table with complimenting salads dips and sauces that go with just about every main on the menu. Things like sour cream, pico de gallo and lemon wedges go with everything from nachos and quesadillas to shrimps and chicken wings! Coleslaw is always a fan favorite staple, it goes great next to the sliders and wings. No table is comlpete without BBQ sauce, ranch dip and some pickles!
