    In a large saucepan, sauté the pine nuts until golden set aside . In the same pan, sauté the minced lamb for 5 minutes. Add the onion, sauté until softened, add the garlic. Cook for 5-6 minutes

    Add the chili paste and sauté for 3 mins. Season with MAGGI® Pastries & Stuffing seasoning. Stir and cook for 5-10 minutes. Add the pine nuts.

    In a baking dish, arrange the potatoes and onion slices, place the artichoke on top and stuff the artichoke with the meat.

    In a bowl, Add 3 tbs (50-g) MAGGI® Coriander & Garlic Cooking Paste. Add lemon juice. Mix everything together

    Pour the sauce over the artichoke and cover with foil. Bake in a 200˚C oven for 30 min till artichoke are tender. Cook, uncover for 10 minutes, garnish with fresh parsley.
