Step 1
In a wok, sauté beef in sesame oil on high heat until golden brown.
Step 2
Add the chopped shallot, ginger-garlic paste and stir.
Step 3
Add cashew, MAGGI® Seasoning and water and let it cook for 10 mins.
Step 4
Add all spices and broccoli and cook for extra 7 mins.
Step 5
Dissolve cornstarch in 2 tablespoons of water and add it to the pan and let the sauce thicken.
Step 6
Serve with jasmine or basmati rice.
