Warm olive oil in a large non-stick pan, add and cook beef strips until they are brown and cooked. Add onion, green and red capsicum. Stir for 3 mins, then add the dissolved MAGGI® Chicken Bouillon cubes and spices. Simmer for another 3 mins .

Combine mashed avocado, garlic, cumin and labneh in a small bowl (add salt to taste). Spread a spoon of avocado mixture over warm tortilla bread; add some lettuce and some of the beef fajitas mixture. Roll to enclose and serve.
