Mix 1 Sachet MAGGI® Shawarma Mix with yogurt, oil, chopped Onion, cilantro and almonds with ½ of the bread crumbs quantity. -
Step2
Add to minced chicken. -
Step3
Form chicken into small balls and cover with egg and bread crumbs. -
Step4
Leave to marinate for 2 hours in the fridge. -
Step5
Put the balls on parchment paper or foil in the oven tray. -
Step6
Roast for 20 minutes (Temperature 200˚C). -
Step7
You can add 1 toothpick for each ball to look like Lollipop.
