Mix 1 Sachet MAGGI® Shawarma Mix with yogurt, oil, chopped Onion, cilantro and almonds with ½ of the bread crumbs quantity.

Add to minced chicken.

Form chicken into small balls and cover with egg and bread crumbs.

Leave to marinate for 2 hours in the fridge.

Put the balls on parchment paper or foil in the oven tray.
