Heat oil in a large pan, fry chicken until golden brown. Add onions, ginger and cook for another 2-3 mins.

Add flour, garlic, whole mushrooms and stir carefully for 1 min. Add water, soy sauce, oyster sauce and MAGGI® Chicken Bouillon. Cover and simmer for 20-25 mins or until chicken is tender.

Add broccoli; simmer for further 5-6 mins.
