In a large nonstick rice pot, sauté onions in oil until golden. Add chicken pieces and cook for another 5 minutes until chicken is slightly golden.

Dissolve Maggi® Chicken Bouillon cubes in 1 liter of water. Add tomato paste, garlic, the Maggi cubes water and spices and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer over medium low heat for 30 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.

Add rice to the pot and gently stir, cover and simmer over low heat for 25 minutes or until the stock is absorbed and rice is fork tender. Transfer to a serving dish and serve.
