Combine ginger, garlic, spices and yoghurt in a bowl. Add chicken drumsticks, set aside to marinate for 1 hr.

Heat oil in a large saucepan, add onion and cook until golden brown, add the marinated chicken to the pan and fry for 10 mins.

Add water, MAGGI® Chicken Bouillon Less Salt cubes. Cover and simmer for 20–25 mins. Add coriander leaves and cook for another 10 mins stirring gently from time to time until chicken is cooked.
