Chicken Tagine with Pumpkin & Prunes

Step1 of 3
Place the chicken cubes in a large pan, add onion slices, garlic, spices, cinnamon stick, saffron, water and MAGGI Perfect Saffron Stock cubes. Bring the ingredients to boil, cover and simmer over low heat for 1 ½ hours or until the chicken is almost tender.
Step2 of 3
Add the pumpkin, prune, lemon zest and lemon juice. Simmer while covered for another 15 minutes or until the vegetables and meat are cooked.
Step3 of 3
Serve with cooked couscous aside.
