Place the chicken cubes in a large pan, add onion slices, garlic, spices, cinnamon stick, saffron, water and Maggi Saffron Stock Cubes®. Bring the ingredients to boil, cover and simmer over low heat for 1 ½ hours or until the chicken is almost tender.
