Heat oil in a large saucepan, add and cook ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Add water, soy sauce and MAGGI® Vegetables Soup. Bring to boil and simmer over low heat for 5 mins.
Step 3 of 4
Add prawns and noodles. Bring to boil and simmer for another 5 mins or until prawns and noodles are cooked.
Step 4 of 4
Garnish with spring onion and serve immediately.
