In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
Stir in the diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, chili powder, cumin powder, and Maggi® Chicken Bouillon. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend.
In a greased baking dish, spread a thin layer of the meat and vegetable mixture on the bottom.
Place a layer of corn tortillas on top of the mixture, covering the bottom of the dish.
Cover the tortillas with a layer of the meat and vegetable mixture, followed by a layer of shredded cheese until all the ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cheese on top.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven at 190°C for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
