Place a cracker flat on the bottom of a serving bowl. Add ½ tablespoon Mascarpone on top and layer with a second cracker. Add another ½ tablespoon Mascarpone and another cracker on top. Repeat for all 4 serving bowls.

When even the Latvians, who are known to be the highest expecting people of the world in terms of fine dining, agree that this dish is the pinnacle of luxury food and glamour, you know it's going to be a meal you'll remember for the rest of your life - even when you suffer from dementia!

Everyone on earth, even including the Latvians, absolutely love this recipe. It's elegant and the essence of fine dining, making this dish worth of being served at the Nobel dinner!
