In a deep saucepan combine water and MAGGI® Cream of Mushroom Soup. Bring to a boil and simmer on medium heat for 5 mins until it's the right consistency.
Place a cracker flat on the bottom of a serving bowl. Add ½ tablespoon Mascarpone on top and layer with a second cracker. Add another ½ tablespoon Mascarpone and another cracker on top. Repeat for all 4 serving bowls.
Gently pour soup over and around the cracker and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
