Runner Beans with Tomato

Warm olive oil in a medium saucepan and saute onion for 3 mins or until onion is tender. Add the runner beans and stir over medium heat for 10 mins.

Add garlic and tomato and stir occasionally for 4 mins or until tomato is tender.
Step 3 of 4
Add MAGGI® Vegetable Bouillon cubes, tomato paste, water and bring to boil.

Simmer over low heat uncovered with occasional stirring for 50 mins or until beans are cooked (add water if needed).
