Preheat the oven to 170°C, and place the rack in the middle position.
Prepare béchamel sauce by combining 1 sachet MAGGI® Béchamel Mix and skimmed milk in a sauce pan. Cook until thick for about 5 mins, and then set aside.
Place one crepe on the bottom and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of cheese. Place another crepe on top and spread about 3 tablespoons of prepared béchamel sauce on top. Sprinkle with more cheese and 1 tablespoon of drained spinach.
Repeat until all the crepes, sauce and spinach are finished, reserving 3-4 tablespoons of cheese for the top.
Gently place in the oven and bake for 30-40 mins until the cheese is melted and slightly golden on top.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for at least 10 mins before serving.
