Dissolve 2 MAGGI® Chicken Bouillon cubes in 2 cups of hot water and set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan and fry kofta balls until golden in color. Add onions and continue frying until the onions are soft.
Add green beans and stir for 5 mins. Add spices, tomato, tomato paste, coriander and MAGGI® Chicken Bouillon.
Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 5 mins.
Add potatoes. Cover and simmer over low heat for another 15-20 mins or until cooked and fork-tender.
Serve with flat bread or rice.
