Preheat oven to 190°C and place rack on medium level.

Combine okra, MAGGI® Coriander & Garlic Spice Mix, olive oil, tomato, cumin and chili flakes in the oven bag and gently toss to coat.

Use the provided red tie to close the bag and lay flat on an oven tray.

Place tray in preheated oven and cook for 50 mins until okra is fork tender
