Make holes with the Fork in potatoes, cover with foil, roast in the oven (Temperature 200˚C) for 40 minutes.
Cut Potatoes into 2 parts, Remove part of its pulp.
Mix MAGGI®Bachamel Mix with 1 liter of broth (1 liter boiled water and 2 MAGGI Vegetable Cubes).
Puree potatoes pulp with artichoke and half of the bashamel, Add to the mix sweet corn and red beans.
Stuff potatoes with the previous mix.
Roast for 25 minutes (Temperature 200˚C).
Garnish with the rest of Bashamel.
