    Season the chopped meat with a bag of Maggi’s Kofta mix. Add the soaked groats, onion, garlic and oil and mix it for homogenization.

    Do it in a circular shape and equal in size.

    Grill in the oven with tomatoes and onions for 20 minutes

    Prepare the sauce: start by heating the oil in the pan on medium heat, add garlic, chili powder and leave it for a minute. Add the pomegranate sauce then the water and leave it for 10 minutes until it becomes thick. Add the sauce to the meat and leave it for 10 minutes in the oven.

    Move the Kofta and sauce to a serving dish and decorate with parsley and almonds. Serve it warm with Shami bread.
