  • Tomato sauce

    In the bottom of a tagine or deep skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and green pepper sauté until tender, about 5 to 10 minutes. Add the garlic until fragrant.

    Add the SOLÍS tomato sauce, parsley, cilantro, spices, and chili pepper. Bring to a simmer, cover and cook for about 30 minutes or till a rich sauce has formed.
  • Fish preparation:

    Combine the boneless fish fillets, garlic, parsley, cilantro, spices, and lemon juice in a food processor. Pulse the mixture until the fish is finely minced and the ingredients are well combined. Place this mixture in a bowl, then add the uncooked rice and mix.

    Wet your hands in a small bowl of water. Form small portions of the fish mixture into small balls.
