Chicken Balls with Tomato and Saffron

Combine in a large mixing bowl each of minced chicken, cooked rice, cooked split chickpeas, parsley, coriander and dill and mix well until well combined (season with salt and pepper).

Divide minced chicken mixture into portions and shape them into medium balls and set them aside.

Heat oil in a medium saucepan and cook onion until golden color. Add dried limes, saffron leaves, turmeric, tomato, tomato paste, white pepper and MAGGI® Chicken Bouillon Less Salt cubes and stir for 5 mins.

Add water and bring to boil then simmer for 5 mins and add the prepared chicken balls, cover and simmer again for 25 mins or until chicken balls are well cooked.
